A public artwork created for Book Week Scotland at Inverness Public Library.
The project brought bold colour and pattern into a public library setting, using graphic forms to animate the building and celebrate books, reading and shared civic space. Installed as a mural on plastic-coated canvas, the work translated my early RISOTTO language into a large-scale public context.
This was one of those useful early commissions where print, pattern, architecture and public engagement started to meet.
